FOUNDER OF HABIT SENSE
Inspired by my exhilarating skydiving experiences at university, I developed a profound passion for understanding human performance under extreme conditions. This fascination led to research published in Applied Cognitive Psychology (2008).
Leveraging my academic background in Psychology BSc, coupled with my certifications as an ICF Coach and a CIPD-qualified HR professional, I founded Habit Sense. With years of experience in corporate HR, Learning & Development, and Wellbeing, I've honed my skills in designing and implementing effective solutions for various industries, including Offshore Windfarms, IT, Engineering, Law, PR firms, and the NHS.
Habit Sense is dedicated to addressing a universal challenge: How can individuals and businesses transform behaviour and performance in high-pressure environments
Sundays find me conquering the chilly Suffolk seas for a different kind of thrill! As a mum of two boys, I'm a pragmatist who thrives on solutions. There's always an action to take, and I'll find it!
